Kedem made soup for people in need, then froze the soup to be donated it to Mazon Australia who will arrange for it to be distributed to those in most need.

TBI - St Kilda Mums

We sorted donations at the St Kilda Mums


Volunteers packed more than 220 gift bags of toiletries, etc which will be given out to clients of Community Information and Support Glen Eira as well as OrangeSky Laundry.

Beit Shalom Synagogue

Our Cheder students will be baking lots and lots of biscuits for clients of Catherine House, a shelter for homeless women here in Adelaide

Jewish Womens Awakenings (JWA)

Ran a 'Bra Drive' to collect bras for the Uplift Project where volunteers sorted and packaged bras, bathers and underwear to be donated to women in disadvantaged communities within Australia and to wherever there's a request. Containers of bras have been sent to Fiji, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Cook Islands, Vanuatu, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Papua New Guinea, Bali, New Zealand and Kashmir.

C Care and WIZO Matan

WIZO Matan are partnering with C Care for this year's Mitzvah Day by serving lunch and socialising with C Care's community housing recipients.

Hobart Hebrew Congregation

The project will be working together with the Friends of Knocklofty Bushcare group to do track work at the Knocklofty Reserve in West Hobart.

Mitzvah Day Groupies

We collected NEW toys, activities and games for young children, teenagers and adults who access Jewish Care’s disability services. These are distributed to the children’s respite Centre, adult respite Centre and young people living at Manders villas.

North Shore Temple Emanuel

We collected, sorted, wrapped and made items to be distributed to the needy through Mummies Paying it Forward

Jewish Environmental Coalition (JECO) and B'nai B'rith Unit Gesher

Jewish Environmental Coalition (JECO) and B'nai B'rith Unit Gesher-Rabin collected items for recycling/repurposing/reuse by others
